And it was really funny at one point, I think Lavina and I were like sitting down dancing something and someone literally yelled, I'm a messenger and just kept walking. Oh my God. Okay. Isn't that just like the kindest, most considerate as well? Like they were like, I want to let Sasha know I'm a messenger, that I'm a fan,

[00:02:31] but I also don't want to get in the middle of her current like dancing. So I'm just going to, I know it was so sweet. It's just like, it's always so nice to talk to messengers because I'm telling you like the vibes of messengers, like I don't know how to explain it, but like chef's kiss, that's what I do know. And it's like every, when they came up to us, like to Lavina and I were like girlies, you know what I mean? Like, and this is not gendered, but it's no, we mean girlies in like,

So we're going to talk about Wendy Williams again. Yes. Um, we already talked about Wendy Williams and the circumstances surrounding her conservatorship on the January 20th, 2025 episode of Mess Magnets.

You know, same thing. Oh yes. Cause the Fox Sports drama. Yes. On the same episode, we talked about the Fox Sports drama. We talked about Wendy Williams' conservatorship. However, that we, and we mentioned this is going to be a developing story.

[00:04:23] Yeah. And boy has the story been developing. There are so many stories over the last week or so. So we just had to, we just had to get into it. Um, I opened this article and an audible ad immediately started playing and it, I almost jumped. Sorry. We didn't thankfully hear anything. Thankfully. No. Yeah. [00:04:52] Um, so, okay. So on March 10th, NYPD conducted a wellness check on Wendy Williams at her assisted living facility, um, for, to take her to the hospital for evaluation. Yeah. She dropped a note that said help exclamation point Wendy exclamation point exclamation point out of the room of her story window earlier that morning. And there, um, before that too, they have been, um, a good amount of like

[00:05:20] pictures of her, um, against the, like the glass window and literally just being like in distress, whatever that may mean. Like, I don't want to necessarily speculate, but like, she definitely looks like she's in distress and like wanting help. So I think this is just like all culminating to this. Yes. Yes. She even did like, she's done like phone call interviews and then you can like see the

[00:05:47] footage from like drones of her in the window on the phone and like doing the interview. And so her guard, the guardian for the conservatorship is Sabrina Morrissey. And they've stated like Williams became cognitively impaired, permanently disabled and incapacitated from dementia. Uh, and in recent months, Wendy Williams has been very vocal about wanting to terminate the guardianship. She's mentioned

[00:06:14] feeling like she's in prison. She, uh, in her hour, she had an hour long special on TMZ called TMZ presents saving when Wendy and February. And she said that she'd only been allowed to leave the building twice in the past month. Uh, and so it's just kind of like, this is where the story picks back up. She dropped the note from the window and then she was taken away to, for, to the hospital

[00:06:40] for evaluation for like her mental state and just overall health and all of that. And, um, sorry, one more thing for background. Also, I believe she said like they're giving her meds to like keep her incapacitated, which we're not able to necessarily, uh, you know, corroborate, but that's just something that's been going on as well on like what she's saying. Like, yes, 100%, which is like a horrifying thing to hear. And it's also the kind of thing

[00:07:10] where you're like, if someone is truly like completely incapacitated due to dementia, they might feel that that's happening to them. Even if it's not like, well, we don't know, but on Tuesday, March 11th, she appeared on good day, New York. She called into the live segment from her hospital and she said, I've received medical, mental competency tests and I passed

[00:07:36] with flying colors. Um, she said like her caretaker, who's Janelia Monterosa was there and said, she had those tests. She's been deemed that she's not incapacitated. I think it's great news. It's public. Everyone knows factually that Wendy is not incapacitated. And so she's really excited

[00:08:00] and is hoping to be, you know, freed from this. And this is where we also found out that her caretaker was the one who filed a report with protective services, alleging elder abuse and the one who called NYPD for a welfare check. Um, because there isn't anything right now legally allowing Wendy to bring in an attorney, which is crazy to me personally. And the thing is,

[00:08:25] there's so many like male celebrities that should actually also be put under protective costs. But anyway, just very interesting. I mean, that's the thing where I'm like, actually just no one should be under a conservatorship or guardianship except it like if it's like an end of life thing with parents having their kids making medical decisions for them. Um, also what if folks don't know, this is what I think I'm holding. Like, I'm not sure what that means. I'm not a doctor. Um,

[00:08:53] definitely had like dementia and Alzheimer's in my family, but, um, she was originally placed in the facility with frontotemporal dementia, which causes memory loss. Just another piece of like thing that I just want to put out there, right? Sometimes when folks have dementia, um, they do have like moments of clarity. And I wonder if this is that I have no, I like, I'm nothing to back this up.

[00:09:21] Again, we don't know any of the circumstances regarding like the assessments that Wendy's undergone her larger behavior that ended up leading to the conservatorship who was taking a bit. Like, we don't really know any of the details, but, uh, it's, there's so many different things that can explain all of the different parts of it for either side. And as people who don't have the facts, we're literally just speculating and going through all the articles.

[00:09:49] Okay. And it's just, it's bizarre. And again, just in case folks don't know, like a corporation put her under. It's well, yeah. And so it's kind of weird too, because it seems like it's like the bank. Yeah. Was able to like show that she had been taken advantage of. Yeah. It's like, but they're not, it was originally made to seem like the bank themselves were her guardian, which I don't think is actually true. No, I don't think so.

[00:10:16] The information that's come out about this has been really weird. Okay. And so the article about her passing the exam came out on March 11th, at 7 PM and then March, less than 24 hours later, there's another article that comes out that the guardianship judge is threatening to put Wendy into an even more strict facility. They wrote in an email.

[00:10:46] I've always contended that Wendy will be given the independence she can handle. I question how well she has handled the independence she's been given because they're mad that she's been going on the news and complaining. Yes, correct. And it's really interesting because Sabrina Morrissey, like, right, is making all the decisions for her. So what, and then Sabrina Morrissey's lawyer is speaking out saying she's doing well. So to me, it's like your lawyer isn't going to speak without you.

[00:11:15] Mm-hmm. Yeah. It's so, and also why is the judge making a statement? Yeah. Like, to me, it doesn't feel, obviously I'm not involved in the legal industry. I'm not a lawyer or anything like that. But to me, it doesn't feel judicially fair for the judge to be, like, talking about increasing strictness. Correct. There hasn't been a hearing and evidence has not been actually presented.

[00:11:42] Like, they're just seeing news articles and, like, not agreeing. And isn't that, like, literally prejudice? Like. You'd think? Yeah. But again, we're not lawyers. I'm so confused, prejudice or whatever. Again, I'm not a lawyer. If anyone here is a lawyer or a judge or anything and can speak to that, please let us know. Because obviously not as, like, official legal advice or anything. Just, like, a private for us comment on how it works because we're confused. Yeah.

[00:12:07] And so Williams was, like, obviously teared up when she heard this news. And she said to the Daily Beast that she would keep it PG despite wanting to say some choice words about the situation. And she said, give me a more restrictive environment. What could be more restrictive than the coterie? Which is the residential facility that she's previously called prison. And she says, what is going on with the judge speaking to me in this way?

[00:12:35] And TMZ reporter said, oh, you're being treated like a petulant child. And she said, yes, I am being treated like a petulant child. Makes me really nervous to be moved. I'm scared of that. I don't know what could possibly be more restrictive. I have to get out of the guardianship and do it immediately. And there's been suggestions made that she's able to roam free. Correct. Where she's currently staying. And she literally, anytime that gets brought up, she's like, they're lying. It's a lie.

[00:13:06] The guardian even has to specifically permit even my closest family members to visit me. Which, like, from Britney, we know that at least a version of this could be true on account that we know another way bigger star that has gone through this. And a white woman. Yes. So, listen, if they'll do it to a white woman, imagine what they'll do to everyone else. And an older woman as well.

[00:13:33] Also, what's interesting is that the judge, right? Because, again, there's just so many layers to this, y'all. But the judge has been under investigation for receiving nearly like 6,000 in campaign donations from, ding, ding, ding, 20 guardianship lawyers, law firms, or people who deal with guardianship cases.

[00:13:59] And awarded those same individuals 62 appointments just in 2022. And there's like a whole thing on ABC News in New York where they like have a whole thing talking about like how all these, like, basically they looked at databases and campaign donations for the judges.

[00:14:20] And like saw that how a lot of these, not just her, but there's another judge, Charles Toria on Staten Island who received just, I know this is rude to say, but like just $17,000 in campaign donations. Which I'm like, if I'm cooking and it's 27, right, like guardianship lawyers, law firms, et cetera, et cetera. I need to make more than $20,000.

[00:14:48] Well, and I also want to know why, like, Wendy Williams court appointed guardian oversees 24 total guardianship cases. Like, I'm sure your full-time job is to be a full, a court appointed guardian feels crazy. I mean, I'm sure that there's more to that industry that I just don't understand. Yeah.

[00:15:14] But it feels weird given the fact that Wendy Williams literally has family who, if she really does require a guardianship, shouldn't her family be the ones to, like, she's not alone in the world. She's not like an elderly person who doesn't have, you know, the mental capacity to make decisions and also doesn't have anyone to help. Right? She has a family. Yep. It feels weird.

[00:15:44] And the judge also, like, in one of her emails said, like, Wendy shouldn't be talking to the media at all. But you shouldn't be taking money from guardianship people. How about that? Period. Period. Period. Um, then there's a TMZ article where the actual, like, lawyer for the guardian speaks. Mm-hmm.

[00:16:10] And they're saying, like, Marcy didn't create the guardianship. The judge did. Wendy has not been kept from her family. She can call and see them whenever she wants. Um, like, they're like, oh yeah, Wendy's been able to go to Florida two times. Like, she's getting excellent care. She has a spa, workout room, excellent food. Yeah.

[00:16:32] All of these things where, like, what Wendy Williams herself has been saying doesn't, it doesn't add up with what the lawyer is saying. Like, it's just so completely opposite that it's suspicious to me. And again, you know, it's, the lawyer is, like, of the guardian, right? So, I'm confused. Yeah. And so, it's also, like.

[00:17:00] So, is this still the court appointed, you know, like, lawyer? Like, it's very confusing. It's, it's super confusing. And then, there's one last article that has come up literally just today in the New York Post, which is obviously not, like, a reputable news source. But they're alleging that Wendy Williams' niece kidnapped her from her sister's facility. Yeah.

[00:17:31] It's very weird. It's, so it's just, like, more and more rumors are swirling. This is all coming to a head. And I feel like we won't really get true answers unless Wendy is allowed to, you know, have her own lawyer and have her day in court. That, okay. And that was going to be my next thing. Get all the information on the table. Yeah.

[00:17:54] And that was going to be my next thing where I'm so confused as to why, like, one, her family isn't speaking up more now. Mm-hmm. And where's her lawyers? Like, or her, any, like, well person that can just, like, straight up help her out. Because, and maybe she can't pay a lot of people because Wells Fargo put a freeze on her account.

[00:18:21] But there's not one person that, like, cares about her. It's her independent caretaker is the only one who seems to be taking, like, demonstrable action to help. And I don't know why that is. Like, I don't know, maybe that is evidence towards, like, her family only wanted her around for her money. And without the money, they're nowhere to be. Yeah. Like, you'd think even if they just wanted her money, they'd be trying to get the conservatorship or guardianship. Exactly. So they could have access to scam. I don't know.

[00:18:50] It's just wild. It is obviously still developing. And we'll talk about it whenever there's big updates. But there's just been so many. Well, her brother, sorry, has said. Her brother pleads for her release. Yeah. There have just been so many articles about this in the last, like, four days. Yeah. That it had to be our top story. Yeah.

[00:19:20] It's just, it's wild, y'all. And it seems like her brother is even saying she's in great shape mentally and physically. Let her out is what her brother. But then she's been like, we were talking about taking the Lenox Hill Hospital. But then it was determined that her mental capacity was intact. She then went again underwent a psychological exam called a capacity test.

[00:19:49] And even then scored 10 out of 10. According to TMZ. So it's just her brother is like, if all of this is happening, what's going on? Well, and I think it again, what you brought up as well, like people with dementia oftentimes have those moments of lucidity. Or even like over the course of the day, there's like points in the day where they tend to be like more or less lucid. Yeah.

[00:20:16] It's like this type of assessment has to take place over a course of days just to ensure that it's not that sort of situation. But I don't know. We will continue updating everyone with the latest on Wendy Williams and just hoping for the best for her. Like the whole thing is I think it's crazy that the court can put you under a conservatorship because your bank said so. It's just so scary.

[00:20:45] Like I'm just trying to figure out. Yeah. How like her because she even has a GoFundMe like her loved ones have long. Like, why do we need a GoFundMe? It's just I'm so confused. Why is she not allowed to have her own lawyer? Yeah. She should be allowed to have her own lawyer. That's crazy. Exactly. And the GoFundMe basically says like to assist Wendy Williams family in expediting her return to her rightful home in Florida.

[00:21:17] Like she did to be in a facility. Why can't she be in a facility in Florida where her family lives? And why can't her family make that decision? Unless, like I said, it's the family that was scamming. Yeah. We just need this to get into open court so that we can see all the information. Where's Megan the lawyer when you need her? Yes. Yep. So many questions.

[00:21:47] So little answers. If you're a legal eagle, call us. Literally begging. Okay. So when I was initially coming up with stories for this podcast, I messaged my sister who is a loyal reader of the Daily Mail on Snapchat. It's where she gets her news. Yes. You ask her. It's what she would say. And I said, what has the Daily Mail been talking about lately?

[00:22:14] And she gave me a whole list of things that I didn't always, you know, use. But one, I was like, okay, well, let's look at what's going on with Sydney Sweeney. Because there are breakup rumors swirling. So apparently, Sydney Sweeney and her fiance, Jonathan DeVino, have been living apart for approximately one month. Oh, okay.

[00:22:43] She's been staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel since the middle of February alone. So she's like, she's been seen walking around with like friends and her bodyguard. Oh. And her fiance's not there. He's absent. He's in LA. I saw this other thing anyway. Yeah. Yeah. And again, Sydney Sweeney owns two homes in the LA area. Yes.

[00:23:07] So the fact that she's been staying in a hotel for a month alone is like kind of odd, right? Is the house under construction, right? Like they're not telling us. Well, it's like she has like her home and then they bought a fixer upper. But like the initial home she still owns from 2022, unless I guess something happened to it in the fires, which I wouldn't know. But you'd think she would have been in a hotel earlier if that was the case. Yeah.

[00:23:37] I don't think so. And Westwood, was Westwood affected? Beverly Hills for sure could have been affected. And that's where her fixer upper is. Anyway. Okay. Well, I'm checking. I'm not sure where Westwood is. But I think TMZ would have, like people would have said that. We would know if that was the case. And so none of her actresses' reps have responded to any requests for content.

[00:24:16] Mm-hmm. Broken up because they did postpone their wedding. And that because apparently it's supposed to happen in May of this year. Oh. But it's been put on hiatus with no new date set, which is kind of, you know. That's messy. But Sidney Sweeney literally has six projects in the pipeline currently. Mm-hmm. So it's just like a little bit odd.

[00:24:45] We don't know if they're broken up or not broken up. But it is maybe they're broken up. As well, he was spotted at their mansion. Yeah, that's what I saw. For the construction workers. Mm-hmm. So he's in LA also. I wonder where he's staying. Is he staying at the house? See, these people, if you're gonna give up, give us speculation.

But, yeah. Yeah. It's fascinating. It's giving weird. It's like when. It's like you can tell someone in a relationship that you know from social media. It's, like, on the rocks or something. Yes.

[00:27:10] All of a sudden, they're like, here's my, like, hot take, which is not 100% accurate. Like, I, there are definitely, you know, like, exceptions to the rule. Of course. But, like, if you know, like, and this is for straight couples. I can't speak to non-straight couples. But if there's a straight couple. And all of a sudden, the woman is posting, like, all the time about being at the gym. Like, all the time.

[00:27:39] Like, they have discovered. Like, they are in group fitness five days a week. And they are posting about every class that they take. All of them. It's like something either is coming or has just happened. Or, like, if a couple that has children. All of a sudden, the dad makes his children his profile picture. And, like, divorce is coming. I love it because this is all true. Like, it's, it's just, it's the way it is.

[00:28:09] And so now I'm like, okay, well, like, she's taking a hotel. Obviously, something's up. So, just tell me what. It's like when people post on Valentine's Day. Like, we have our ups and downs. But I love you so much. You better tell me what the ups and downs are. If you're going to post about them, I need to know. Because I'm nosy. Oh, my gosh. Anyway. So, it might be a good show. Anyways. Okay. Star of the show, or one of the stars of the show, Aaron Goodwin. Mm-hmm.

[00:30:05] Okay. He's one of the team of three. And I guess she was busted in a murder-for-hire plot because she was allegedly tried to pay a hitman to kill her husband. So, his wife. His wife. So, Victoria Goodwin's wife. Yeah. Aaron Goodwin is the guy. Yes. I was like, this Aaron is spelled like a bully. Why is the article saying she? See, this is what happens when we don't watch the show. Correct.

[00:30:34] No, it's the wife of Aaron Goodwin. The wife. Victoria Goodwin. Aaron Goodwin's wife. Was arrested last week on two charges. Solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder. And according to the arrest report, she was messaging an inmate in a Florida prison. Florida man. It's always Florida man. Always a Florida man. And it's the part. This guy's in prison. So, I don't think that he is like the killer. Right? Or a good judge of conscience.

[00:31:03] I'm guessing that she has some sort of like relationship. With this man who's. Has to be. Or the man who's in prison. Because why is she talking to him like this? Yeah. But she said, am I a bad person? Because I chose to end this existence. Not divorce. Crazy. Crazy to say to someone whose correspondence is being monitored. That's what I'm saying. Like, this is the problem. Right? Like, most. I was reading this article about like hit men and how like they probably aren't.

[00:31:33] Sorry. Hit men for hire for regular people. Probably aren't necessarily a thing. Like, obviously the government has him. But I'm talking about like for you and me to hire. It's kind of impossible. And then we do dumb shit like this. Where you talk to someone in prison. Whereas all of us, their stuff monitored. Thinking that like, oh. It's all good. I'll just like lay out my whole plot. Like, what are we doing? Is this a Tubi movie?

[00:32:03] It's, yeah. It's literally wild. And so, according to the police, she had set aside just over $11,000 to pay the hit man. Which I feel is not enough money. Like, a hit man would cost more than that, I would guess. You know what's pissing me off this episode? Why is everyone, all these bad people paid so criminally, no pun intended, low? Like, if you're gonna do unethical things, you should at least in theory be getting really rich, right?

[00:32:32] Like, take a page out of Clarence Thomas' book. Damn. You know, like. See, this is why they say crime doesn't pay. Yeah. Fair. Fair. I like that. Thank you. And so, also, they found messages from the inmate that she had been talking to. Who apparently messaged someone else saying, he's asleep right now in the hotel room. I need to know what's going on. Can I get an update? Was it done? No, I know a guy.

[00:33:02] And so, this, this all happened back in October, but this is just when it's like becoming news because the journalists were actually late. Oh, this is embarrassing. Um, and so, apparently, $2,500 was paid up front for a prepayment. And the police only found out about this alleged plot after the correction officers found the inmate's contraband phone in prison. Okay, so it was on a contraband phone.

[00:33:30] At least they, like, at least it wasn't on, like, an email that you know that they were checking. But, like, still. Listen. It's pretty clear, like, inmates be having phones. But you also should expect that that phone will be found at some point. Like, you shouldn't be saying anything on those phones that you would not be okay with. Billion, billion, million, trillion percent. I'm with you. Yep. Um, and Victoria denied wanting Aaron to be killed.

[00:33:59] And said, oh, I was just daydreaming or fantasizing about being without my husband. And she said, I don't remember sending those messages. I don't want my husband to be killed. Uh, and. I'll just divorce him. No, I'm just kidding. So, there was, again, as the police said, they're very adamant that there was a, allegedly, a $2,500 prepayment made, correct? And she said, I thought that money was for cell phones. Like, Aaron and I were having marital problems.

[00:34:28] So, like, how many cell phones? 2,500. I guess 2,500 is, like, two smartphones. Yeah, I was like, that's two iPhones. For jail, you probably just need a flip phone, no? Yeah, I assume it would be, like, a burner phone. It should be, like, $50. Like, $2,500 is a lot of cell phones if you are getting them to go into the prisons At least say, like, it was for his commissary, right? Like, don't just say cell phone. Well, because I don't think that the money went to the guy who's in jail.

[00:34:57] I think it went to this third guy. Right. Right? So, it's like, what can you even say the money is for? Oh, my God, girl. How are you so dumb? And Aaron, who has been married to Victoria since 2022, which they got married at the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland, which is, like, a red flag to me personally. That's. I think if you're a ghost buster, you can do it. Yeah, I guess if you're a ghost, a ghost man.

[00:35:25] And he gave a comment to TMZ, and he said, I thought I was in a happy marriage. I'm blindsided and devastated. Oh. Like, she was like, divorce is not enough. He has to die. And he's like, I thought everything was fine. I'm in shambles. And by the way, I'm on his Instagram. And, like, he still has some of his wedding pictures up.

[00:35:54] Yeah, there's an Instagram post in the TMZ article from his page that has their wedding phone. Like, oh, and it looks like. Three weeks ago, my valentine always beats me at mini golf. Oh, my God. Top comment. Well, this didn't age well. Also, did they get married at the Haunted Mansion? Yes, they got married at the Haunted Mansion. Yeah, but not at Disney, right? I think it's literally the New Orleans, like, inspired, I think.

[00:36:24] Because I'm looking at the actual picture. Okay, well, the article. And that ain't Disney. But unless I'm tripping. But I could be wrong. I could be wrong. I don't know. No, I believe you. Oh, my God. And then, like, a New Year's kiss post. Yeah, that's why I'm here. Like, I'm literally, like, in shock. So is he. He didn't know. What's happening? Now I need to see Netflix. Run, run.

[00:36:54] Okay, get everything you need before this court case starts. No, period. I'm when is the documentary coming out? No, because she has to share. Like, what pissed her off this much? I, I, okay. I do not think it is ever right to hire a hitman. No, we're not. Okay, I'm being very clear. However, I really want to hear both sides of this story.

[00:37:22] Like, I want to fully know everything that happened. Like, yeah. I've never heard of this man in my life. He has over 600,000 followers on Instagram. I'm, no, like, they, listen, these engagement is pretty good. Mm-hmm. And his wedding, his other posts are getting, like, 5,000 to, you know, 3,000 to 5,000. Yeah. But then the ghost adventure stuff will get more. But his wedding had 100,000 likes.

[00:37:53] I mean. What's going on? The wedding photos are beautiful. No, they're amazing. Absolutely stunning. Which is also, I don't think it's at Disney. Um. Well, listen, the article lied. It's okay. Yeah, I think it's a place that was, like, well, they do have pictures at Disney, which is funny. But I think it's just, like, the place that was inspired. That inspired. That would make sense. To me, that makes more sense for, like, a ghost community. Yeah, and in New Orleans.

[00:38:23] Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, look at it. All these. Yeah, there's no way this. Yeah, this is definitely the mansion that inspired it. And it's all these pictures with her. What's going on, bud? There are so many comments. Any photo with her, all the comments are like, I'm so glad you're safe. Start deleting photos of her off your Instagram. And from just a PR point of view, I'm not a PR person, but you know what I mean.

[00:38:53] I feel that they should keep him up. Him and his team. Because then he can parlay into what Ariana and Rachel have done. And get the sympathy. And get some things going for him. I think he's certainly getting the sympathy. I'm sure some things will go for him. Maybe he'll be able to spin off into his own ghost adventure show. Where he's, like, the head of the team.

[00:39:23] Something like that. Could we do, like, cheating-ass ghosts? Like, people that said they were cheating with ghosts. Sasha, you're so smart. You're literally a genius. I'm just saying. And here's the thing. Would I watch, like, a ghost-hunting TV show? Probably not. Would I watch a ghost-hunting TV show where they're confronting cheaters after death? Yes. That's what I'm saying. I'd be there. I'm telling you. It's one of two things, right?

[00:39:53] Like we said. You're doing a Ouija board, calling them in. This is the last place. You cheat an asshole. Right? Great. That's number one. Secondly, imagine that he talks to people that have said, well, I didn't cheat. The ghost- I had sex with a ghost. You talked to the ghost. Exactly. Oh, my God. And the ghost, like, I didn't sleep with them. We are trademarking this. Period.

[00:40:21] This is Mess Magnets Productions coming soon. Making a TV show. I love that. Can you imagine? We would make literally the most, like, entertaining, but absolutely garbage, like, scum of the earth TV show. Yes. And guess what? Everyone will watch. So. Period. I don't know the problem here.

[00:40:49] But, yeah, so that's the ghost adventures murder. This was the best story. Is that crazy? And I think because he didn't die. So, it was really amazing. No, if he dies, then it's, like, a very tragic story of a murder. Because then would he become the ghost and they would have to find him? Okay. They would have to do an episode on talking to his ghost. Please. That's a miniseries. That ain't an episode. They would have to do that. But, thankfully, he didn't die.

[00:41:14] Thankfully, this all, like, the fake hitman scammed them out of $2,500 in October and he's fine. I'm obsessed. I'm obsessed. But, yeah, no, I, normal people don't have access to hitmen. Like, that's crazy. To, like, to think that a normal person would be able to just be like, I want someone dead. Like, that's crazy. Agreed. Oh, my God. Okay. [00:41:44] I'm. I'm ready. Oh, my gosh. It's just a little one, but we had to read it because it happened in the city, Victoria, where I live right now. I love. I love mess. And this came to our messenger, I think, after the episode when Puyo was here, when we talked about the guy breaking into the home and, like, our reactions to that and, like, locked doors, et cetera. And our messenger says, it's not as fully formed, but since it happened to Victoria,

[00:42:13] I thought Kirsten would appreciate it and also never leave her door unlocked again. Bold to think I've ever left my door unlocked once in my life. I literally lock my door when I'm going to take the garbage out. Okay. Yeah. Literally. I'm very paranoid. Listen, I, after reading, oh, my gosh, the Golden State Killer one, I don't think I've had, like, a normal, like, night sleep since, but it's fine. That's so fair. Well, and especially considering, like, where you live. Correct.

[00:42:43] I listened to a podcast series about the Boston Strangler, like, two years ago. Oh, yep. No, way more than two years ago. So long ago. And it really stayed with me as well. Like, I literally, I'm not opening the door. I'm not leaving. Oh, I don't open the door. Sorry. Absolutely not. Listen, everything's locked. Don't come to me. I'm very serious about that. If I don't send for you, don't come. Exactly. Yes.

[00:43:14] Okay. So our messenger's brother's partner is a psychiatric nurse. Oh. And she used to work at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, which is a local hospital in Victoria. And it's where, like, the psych ward is in the city. Okay. Psychiatric care. Oh, my gosh. And she had one patient come in that literally had to be strapped down and couldn't stop giggling. Oh. Okay.

[00:43:44] And so there was a couple in Saanich, which is, like, a part of Victoria. And they would leave their back screen door open all the time so that their cat could come and go whenever they wanted. Fair. She was lying in bed. Her husband was in the living room watching TV. And she had just fallen asleep when she starts feeling tickling on the bottom of her feet. She thinks it's her husband. No. Just stop. Don't do that. Wow. The tickling continues.

[00:44:13] She finally opens her eyes and is louder and says, stop. And the man crouched at the end of her bed was not her husband. A random man out of his mind on bath salts. Oh, hell no. So she screams, runs into the living room as fast as possible, closes the bedroom door behind her as she goes. The couple leaves the house together and calls the police from a neighbor's house. And that man was so strung out that he never even left the bedroom.

[00:44:44] And that patient was the one who had to be strapped down and was giggling. And our messenger's family refers to them now as the tickler. No. Sasha, this is in my city. Messenger, what? Is this real? I actually do believe it. Like, I recognize the name of the person who submitted the form. Oh, okay.

[00:45:13] So we trust them. I know that they have ties to Victoria. Like, I trust them. I do believe them. Okay, fine. Oh, my God. You know what this reminds me of? That other mess where our messenger had someone break into their house. And then they, like, left. Yes, exactly. Yeah, I think that's what inspired our messenger. How are our messengers so chill?

[00:45:42] Lock your damn door, everybody. Hell no. I, like, want to throw up. You know what I mean? Literally. Oh, my God. I hope no messengers are listening to this at night. Because, like, there's no way. And if you did, I just, like, yelled. I mean, it happened in the middle of the day, it seems. But see, you, like, think that you're okay in the middle of the day. That's all. Yeah. There's, like, a false sense. But you're never okay.

[00:46:10] There's danger lurking around every corner. No. Lock your door. Lock your door. Lock your doors and windows. Keep your cat inside. Did you know that indoor cats live, like, many years longer than outdoor cats? It's true. I mean, that makes sense. I'm an indoor cat. Don't let me go outside the house. You know what I mean? And so are my two cats. Yeah. I can't be outside. Well, especially with bird fruit right now, definitely there are cats inside.

[00:46:40] It's, like, really bad for cats. Eee! Keep them in if you can. Absolutely not. See? Nope. No, no. I, oh my god. I think I would have burned the house and, like, left. I'd have to move. I would quite literally have to move. I know you're, like, the area has high rent just as much as, like, almost as much as San Francisco. But, like, no. I mean, if this happened years ago, it wouldn't have been quite bad.

[00:47:10] Oh, fair. Like, still bad and expensive, but it was, like, during, like, I feel like 2021 is when things got, like, really big. Oh, okay, okay, okay. Oh, my gosh. So, at the time, if this was years ago, they probably, they could have maybe found something. I would have moved. Even if I had to leave the island, I'd be, like, bye. Goodbye forever. You'll never see me again. Thank God it was only tickling. Well, yeah. Thank God.

[00:47:37] This was just, like, an extremely high. And, like, bath salts are so scary. Oh, yeah. Remember when the Kardashians, like, in L.A., it was, like, all, um, all the crazy ones where it was just, like, outrageous. Everyone was, like, on bath salts, like, zombies in L.A. And I remember the Kardashians, like, being, like, this is so bad. We can't keep doing it.

[00:48:03] Well, and bath salts are, like, they're, like, it's a synthetic drug. Yes. And so it could be, like, I've seen even where, like, they'll make, like, synthetic marijuana. And it will, like, mess people up. Oh, my gosh. And that technically falls under the category of bath salts. This is, like, shambles. I'm sorry. Like, what the f***? Drugs are scary. No. Hell no. We, like, we do recommend Epsom salts.

[00:48:32] Um, but we don't recommend bath salts. Well, we don't, like, recommend you to inhale Epsom salt either. Well, you know, I mean, like, have a bath. Yeah. If you're, like, sore, if your body hurts. Correct. If you have Epsom salt in your bath, you'll feel better. But not in your nose. But don't put it in your nose. Don't put it in your nose. Yeah. Anything in your nose. Exactly. Except a Kleenex. And even then, don't, like, be weird. Don't, like, blow into it. Like, what are we doing? Yeah. Um, okay. Okay. Oh, my God. We're weird.
